About Memory Challenge

Memory Challenge | تحدي الذاكرة is an Android memory game developed and published by HassApps.

Players turn over two cards at a time and try to find matching pairs, choosing between different game modes, board sizes and card styles.

The application does not require an account, username or password in order to play.

Information We Collect

HassApps does not collect, receive, or store personal information on its servers.

The application does not require users to provide:

• Name
• Username
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password
• Account information
• Location information
• Contact information
• Payment information

There is no online user account system, backend server, or online database operated by HassApps for storing player information.

The application does not access the device advertising identifier and does not include any advertising or analytics service.

User-Selected Photos

Memory Challenge includes an optional card style called Photo Album, which lets you select photos from your device and use them as the card faces.

Photos are chosen through the official Android photo picker, so the application never requests access to your entire photo library. A copy of each selected photo is saved inside the application's private storage area on your device only.

HassApps does not upload, transmit, receive, or store these photos on its servers.

The selected photos remain on your device, are visible only to you, are never shown to any other user of the application, and are never shared with any third party or used for advertising, analytics or profiling.

Photos saved for the game are excluded from Android cloud backup and from device-to-device transfer, so they are not copied off the device by the system either.

You can delete them at any time from inside the application using the delete option, and they are removed permanently when the application is uninstalled.

Gameplay and Internet Connection

The core gameplay of Memory Challenge is processed locally on your device.

Card matching, timers, move counts, game results, best results and preferences do not require communication with HassApps servers or any other online server.

The application does not connect to any HassApps server. An internet connection is used only through Google Play, to verify and restore the optional in-app purchase and to check whether a newer version of the application is available.

App Updates

When your device is connected to the internet, the application asks Google Play whether a newer version is available. If one is, you are reminded to update. After three reminders, updating becomes required in order to keep playing, so that every player has the latest fixes.

The check and the update itself are performed by Google Play through its in-app updates service. HassApps receives no information from this check.

Local Data Storage

The application stores the following on your device in order to provide its features:

• Best results for each board size and game mode
• Preferences such as language, dark mode, sound and vibration
• Your remove-ads purchase status
• How many update reminders have been shown
• Photos you selected for the Photo Album card style

This locally stored information is not transmitted to HassApps servers, and all of it is removed when you clear the application data or uninstall the application.

Advertising

The current version of Memory Challenge does not display any advertisements and does not include any advertising service.

If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released, and any consent required by law will be requested inside the application.

In-App Purchases

Memory Challenge offers a single optional one-time purchase called Remove Ads. It is linked to your Google account and keeps advertising off in any version that includes advertising. You can restore it at any time from Settings on a device signed in to the same Google account.

Payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing.

HassApps does not receive, process, or store any payment card details or billing information.

The application receives only a confirmation that the purchase was completed, which is stored locally on the device. Purchase records are kept by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Memory Challenge uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing — for processing and restoring the optional in-app purchase
• Google Play In-App Updates — for checking for and installing newer versions of the application

The application does not use online user accounts, cloud storage, HassApps backend servers, online databases, advertising services, analytics services, or crash reporting services.

If additional third-party services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Data Sharing

HassApps does not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through Memory Challenge, because HassApps does not collect personal information on its servers.

Purchase information is handled by Google Play as the payment provider, as described in the In-App Purchases section.

Photos selected for the Photo Album card style are never uploaded or shared by the application and remain locally on your device.

Data Security

Because Memory Challenge does not transmit personal information to HassApps servers, HassApps does not maintain an online database containing personal information collected from users of the application.

Information stored locally by the application is subject to the security and protection mechanisms of your Android device, and users are encouraged to maintain appropriate security for their devices.

Your Rights by Region

Because HassApps holds no personal data about you, requests to access, correct or delete data are handled directly on your device: clearing the application data or uninstalling the application removes everything the application has stored.

Purchase records held by Google Play are managed through your Google account, in accordance with Google's own policies.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia and elsewhere may contact HassApps using the details at the end of this page with any privacy question relating to the application.

Children's Privacy

Memory Challenge is rated for users aged 18 and above, is not directed toward children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The application does not require an account or any personal information in order to play, and should be used in accordance with the age rating and availability information shown on Google Play.

User Choices and Control

You remain in control of the information stored by the application and may at any time:

• Delete photos saved for the game from within the application
• Restore the optional in-app purchase from Settings
• Clear the application data or uninstall the application to remove all locally stored information

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, its functionality, data practices, advertising, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the date of the most recent update.
