About Challenge Rush
Challenge Rush is an Android game developed and published by HassApps.
The application contains multiple short challenges and includes online player profiles, scores, rankings, and related game features.
Who Is Responsible for Your Data
HassApps is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy, and acts as the data controller where data protection laws such as the GDPR and the UK GDPR apply.
You can reach us at info@HassApps.com or through the contact page linked at the end of this policy for any privacy question or request.
Player Accounts
Challenge Rush allows users to create a player account using a chosen username.
The application does not require an email address, phone number, or password to create the standard player account.
Usernames must be unique and may be checked against existing usernames and restrictions maintained by the service.
When an account is created, the service issues a recovery code. This code is shown in the player profile and is the only way to restore the same account on a new device or after reinstalling the application. Anyone who has the code can restore the account, so it should be kept private.
Information We Store
To provide player profiles, game results, rankings, and related features, Challenge Rush may store information including:
- Player username
- An application-generated player identifier
- Account recovery code
- Account registration date
- Game results and scores
- Challenge completion information
- Best results for supported games
- Player rankings
- Experience points, levels, or similar progression information
- Account status and information needed to prevent abuse
This information is used to operate the application and its online features. We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location, and the application does not request location, camera, microphone, or contacts permissions.
Information Stored Only on Your Device
Some information stays on your device and is not sent to HassApps:
- Your selected application language
- Your best local results
- Your advertising consent choices, stored by Google's consent tools
- A session token that keeps you signed in, stored in encrypted form
Uninstalling the application removes this local information from the device. Your account and results remain on the service until the account is deleted.
Game Results and Leaderboards
Challenge Rush sends game results to HassApps servers in order to calculate player statistics, rankings, leaderboards, progression, and other game-related information.
Results are uploaded automatically when a challenge is completed, because the leaderboard and ranking features depend on them.
A player's username and selected game results may be visible to other users through leaderboard or ranking features.
Advertising
Challenge Rush displays advertisements using Google AdMob, unless you purchase the option to remove advertisements.
The application shows banner advertisements on some screens, and a full-screen advertisement that may appear only after a challenge has been completed. Advertisements are not shown during gameplay.
Google and its advertising partners may process certain technical, device, advertising, and app-usage information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws. This may include the Google advertising identifier of the device.
Advertisements may be personalized, which means they may be based on information such as previous app activity and the advertising identifier, or non-personalized, which uses only limited information such as general context and coarse location derived from the IP address.
Your advertising choices. Where privacy laws require consent, a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform is shown before any advertisement is requested, and no advertisement is requested until that step is completed.
You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the application, where that option is required in your region.
You can also reset or delete the advertising identifier of your device from the Android system settings. Deleting it means you will still see advertisements, but they will not be personalized.
In-App Purchases
Challenge Rush may offer purchases through Google Play Billing, including features such as removing advertisements.
HassApps does not directly receive or store payment card or banking information. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.
The application checks with Google Play whether the ad-removal purchase is owned, so that advertisements can be disabled for that user.
Technical and Third-Party Information
Services used by Challenge Rush may process limited technical information necessary to provide application functionality, diagnostics, advertising, security, or purchases.
Depending on the service and device configuration, this may include:
- Device and operating system information
- Advertising identifiers
- App interaction and usage information
- Crash and diagnostic information collected by Google services
- Network and technical device information
- IP address, which also indicates approximate location
HassApps does not operate its own analytics or crash-reporting service inside the application.
Third-Party Services
Challenge Rush may use services provided by Google, including:
- Google Play
- Google Play Billing
- Google AdMob
- Google Play services and related Android services
These third-party services operate according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices. You can read how Google handles data in the Google Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or Swiss data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract for creating and operating your player account, storing your results, and providing profiles, rankings, leaderboards and purchases.
- Consent for personalized advertising and for any other processing that requires consent in your region. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests in keeping the service secure, preventing abusive or misleading usernames, preventing fraud, and maintaining the technical integrity of the service.
- Legal obligations where retention or disclosure is required by law.
International Data Transfers
Challenge Rush data is stored on HassApps servers, and the third party services listed above are operated by Google. This means your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, including outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
Where such transfers take place, they rely on the safeguards recognized by applicable law, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses used by the relevant service providers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access to the data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your account and associated data
- Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing
- Portability of data you provided

Residents of states with applicable privacy laws, such as California, may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. HassApps does not sell personal information for money. However, personalized advertising may be considered a sale or sharing for targeted advertising under some state laws. You can opt out using the privacy options inside the application, where that option is shown in your region, and by resetting or deleting the advertising identifier in your device settings.
Brazil. Under the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, information about data sharing, and you may revoke consent.
Canada. You may request access to your personal information and ask for corrections, and you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Australia. You may request access to and correction of your personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles, and you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Because the standard player account does not include an email address or password, we may ask for the account recovery code or other information in order to identify the correct account before acting on a request.
Username Moderation and Abuse Prevention
HassApps may use automated or administrative systems to prevent abusive, prohibited, inappropriate, or misleading usernames and to protect the integrity of the service.
Limited security or moderation records may be stored when needed to prevent abuse, investigate technical problems, or protect the application and its users.
Account and Data Deletion
Players can request deletion of their Challenge Rush account and associated data.
Inside the application you can open Settings and choose Clear all results to delete your game results while keeping the account, or Delete account to permanently delete the player account together with its results.
To request account deletion outside the application:
Challenge Rush Account DeletionWhen an account is deleted, player account information and game data associated with that account are deleted from the active service, subject to limited information that may need to be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or technical integrity.
Data Retention
Player information is generally retained while the player account remains active and while it is required to provide Challenge Rush services.
Information may be deleted when the account is deleted or when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, except where limited retention is necessary for security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Children's Privacy
Challenge Rush is a general audience application. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, or under the age required by the laws of the user's country, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
The application should be used in accordance with the age rating and availability information shown on Google Play.
If you believe that a child has created an account in the application, please contact us or use the account deletion page, and the account will be deleted.
Data Security
HassApps takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect player information and application services. Communication between the application and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and the session token kept on the device is stored in encrypted form.
However, no online service, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, online services, third-party services, legal requirements, or application functionality changes.
The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top.
